Dear Readers,
I am back from a short trip to Aurangabad. I actually needed some peace and quiet and hence wanted to visit Khuldabad which is dotted with Sufi Shrine and is a wonderful calm place.
But, I did visit the usual tourist spots in and around Aurangabad as well.
For now, I shall just leave you with some photographs of Bibi-Ka-Maqbara.
I did take a few photographs with my blackberry (unfortunately the battery needs to be replaced and so it used to die out pretty quickly). I hope to process my film rolls soon and be back with better photographs and better stories.

I have just been in Gujaret and visited several beautiful mosques and temples. I can smell the roses you mention, LK! I'm glad you felt such a sense of peace while there. Listen to the quiet, will you?
Nice pictures of these shrines. Their historical and spiritual significance will be very interesting to know and learn from.
