My new dog - Spots

Dear Readers,

I do miss my dog, a lot. It has been ages since Poochie expired, but Poochie is remembered till this day and a void remains that cannot be filled. I am unable to keep a dog now, as I know I cannot take care of the doggy. Doggies require a lot of care.

So, here is Spots. Made by an NGO which conducted a sale at my employer organisation, Spots does make my room more cheerful. Isn't Spots cute?

Cute! I am sorry you can't have a dog. Perhaps a cat as they are not quite as needy? I don't now what I would do without a pet. Once when I was little, we could not have pets where we lived, so I scooped up a slug from the yard in a jar and it was my pet, I fed it lettuce, until it died (slugs don't live long) :-).

Spots is cute, but I do wish you could have another dog to slobber on you, if that's what you want.

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too. ~Samuel Butler, Notebooks, 1912

Best regards!
